Covid Vaccination Passports

You may have heard in the press about covid vaccination passports, and wish to obtain one following your second vaccination. To date, such a “passport” does not exist, and we do not have the capacity to provide all vaccinated patients a letter confirming their vaccination status. Until NHS England have confirmed the situation, and the requirements of GP surgeries to provide evidence of vaccination, you may consider downloading the NHS App onto your mobile phone. It is simple to use, and you can quickly verify your identity by taking a photograph of your passport or driving license. Once completed, you will be able to see your own vaccination record, and share it as required.
